Clock Tower Suite
Tullyglass Hotel, Ballymena Co. Antrim
Context:
The Clock Tower Suite at the Tullyglass Hotel is a 25,000 sq ft venue for banquets, conferences, weddings and gala events. It features an elegant French-style antique bar and deeply recessed ceiling vaults.
Specification:
A total of 250 metres of linear Cold Cathode Lighting (CCL) was concealed into the ceiling coffers, with a further 100 metres of custom shaped, bespoke lamps concealed in the antique bar.
Solution:
The indirect Gold lighting from the ceiling vaults perfectly complements the rich opulence of the interior design and provides continuous lighting for this vast space. Bespoke CCL lamps were manufactured and fitted to match the exact size of each individual unit in the antique bar. Shaped white lamps were applied to the bar to provide a uniform backlight for its ornate etched glass.
